Higher value, same delivery
A higher-denomination card behaves exactly like any other on this site — issued digitally, delivered to your account on payment, and redeemable at the brand's own checkout. Nothing is couriered, so there is no window in which a physical card can go astray, and nothing arrives in packaging that gives away what you spent. Where a brand allows a range rather than fixed amounts, you set the value yourself at checkout.
Delivery and payment
Every voucher on 16Arena Shop is delivered digitally to your account the moment payment clears — there is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for. Pay by UPI, card or netbanking, and earn Arena Coins to unlock extra discounts on your next order.
Common questions
- Is there a limit on how much I can buy?
- Available denominations are set per brand and shown on each product page. Where a brand offers a range rather than fixed amounts, you can enter a value within the limits it allows.
- How quickly will I get my voucher?
- Digitally — your code appears in your 16Arena account as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you can open it from Orders at any time.
- What payment methods can I use?
- UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking are all accepted at checkout. Payments are processed through Razorpay, so your card details never touch 16Arena's servers.
