Marketplaces versus brand cards

Amazon shopping credit is the broadest option here — it spends on effectively anything. Croma and Reliance Digital are electronics retailers with physical stores, which matters if the recipient wants to see the product before buying. Skullcandy and Hammer are audio-specific.

Good for topping up a bigger purchase

Electronics gift cards are often used to close the gap on something already being saved for rather than to fund the whole purchase. Most retailers let a card cover part of an order with the balance paid another way.

Delivery and payment

Every voucher on 16Arena Shop is delivered digitally to your account the moment payment clears — there is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for. Pay by UPI, card or netbanking, and earn Arena Coins to unlock extra discounts on your next order.

Common questions

Can I combine a gift card with another payment method?: At most retailers, yes — the card covers part of the order and you pay the remainder by card or UPI. The exact behaviour is set by the retailer, not by 16Arena.
How quickly will I get my voucher?: Digitally — your code appears in your 16Arena account as soon as the payment is confirmed, and you can open it from Orders at any time.
What payment methods can I use?: UPI, debit and credit cards, and netbanking are all accepted at checkout. Payments are processed through Razorpay, so your card details never touch 16Arena's servers.
